Victor Horta's Maison du Peuple 3D restitution hypothesis

French title: Hypothèse de restitution 3D de la Maison du Peuple.

Organized on December 19th, 2019 by the Horta Museum and the Faculty of Architecture La Cambre Horta, this lecture was part of the opening event that publicly presented the research results on Victor Horta’s Maison du Peuple. It was preceded by a lecture by Benjamin Zurstrassen (Horta Museum's director) and another one by Claire Fontaine (Restorer and color expert). The lecture focuses on the methodological aspects of the five-year research that led to the 3D restitution hypothesis of Victor Horta's Maison du Peuple. I was eventually followed by the screening of the twelve-minute 3D short-movie exposing the 3D restitution hypothesis of the iconic building, with composer Fabian Fiorini performing live the score he wrote specifically for the film.

Lecture delivered in French, with Dutch subtitles.
